The Company has a competent professional management team with relevant experience of real estate investment, project management , research, facilities management, secretarial and legal areas. Caledonia Investments PLC a London based company is an equity partner in the Company.
At present the Company is managing the first fund DHFL Real Estate Asset Management Fund (DREAM –I) in which assets under management are USD 45 Million. The Company has also been appointed as the India Investment Advisor to Indian Real Estate & Infrastructure Fund LLC, a Mauritius based fund with a target corpus of USD 250 Million for investing in the Indian Real Estate. |
